102 BLOOR ST WEST - 102 Bloor Street West

Completed in 1997 this building is one of the newest in Yorkville. It holds 137 suites that range from 500 to 2300sq ft and has some great views. The penthouses are 2 story and have small balconies. It also includes some of the smaller luxuries that you don’t find in older buildings such as marble bathrooms, whirlpool tubs and modern kitchens. Suites have 9ft ceilings and most have deeded parking. Although there is no pool there is a great rooftop lounge called the Bellair Club.

110 BLOOR WEST - 110 Bloor Street West

This 21-story, 135 suite building is located right in the heart of Yorkville. Suites range from 1100 to 3000sq ft.  Some suites are 2 levels, some with terraces and fireplaces. Built in 1979, many suites have been updated while others maintain there original style. The facilities include exercise room, indoor pool, rec. room, squash court and sauna. There is a 24-hour concierge and valet parking for guests. This building is very well managed and is of optimum convenience.

THE DAKOTA - 225 Davenport Road

This appealing 6-storey low-rise is located in the area, know as 'Designer Row'. There are 170 suites that range from 860 to 1800 sq ft. Most of the ground floor suites have private patios and all have solariums. Amenities include an exceptional rooftop deck with barbecue area, a party room and an updated fitness room. The Dakota was built in the 1980s but has been well maintained. The building is clean and suites are spacious making it one of the greatest value buildings in the area. Parking is underground and comes with some of the units. 

4 LOWTHER – 4 Lowther Ave

Situated on Avenue Road and built in 1984, this 7-storey building is considered one of the most exclusive and beautiful condos in Toronto. There are approximately 40 suites, including 4 townhouses, as well as several ground floor retail shops. The building was built in 1984. Suite are spacious, ranging from around 1045sq ft to over 3000sq ft. Many suites feature 9-foot ceilings, large terraces, hardwood floors and fireplaces. Building amenities include valet parking, 24-hour concierge, indoor pool and fitness and party rooms and a newly updated entrance lobby.

RENAISSANCE COURT – 164 Cumberland Street

This six story condominium houses 32 spacious suites. Units are 1 or 2 bedroom and range from 1155 to 1768 sq ft. Wide hallways, wood-burning fireplaces and beautiful finishes give this building an authentic homey feeling. Parking is not available in conjunction with the building however rentals are available for approximately $180 per month.

RENEAISSANCEPLAZA – 175 Cumberland Street 

This building is sometimes considered the most desirable in Yorkville. With 150 units and 24- storeys high, residences start on the 11th floor. Suites range from 1100 to 4000sq ft, with up to 5 bedrooms in the largest units. Some suites have large private terraces, and all have great city views. Facilities include an exercise room, indoor pool, sauna and squash court, valet parking and 24 hr concierge. Constant upgrades and new carpeting have kept this older building in a state of excellent repair.

40 SCOLLARD -  40 Scollard Street

Originally designed to be a long-stay hotel, this older building has become one of the best entry level condo buildings in Yorkville. Suites are modest at 645 sq ft each. Upgrades have been consistant including the installation of hardwood floors and redesigning kitchens and bathrooms. Amenities include full time security, sauna, gym and squash court. Suites have lockers and many have parking.
